The client insisted on making an offer on a home without viewing in person as she was not local. I proposed she waited until she came in town but she did not want to miss the opportunity on this home. This was a property SHE sent me. I did NOT send to her. It was brand new construction home by a builder that has built many in the area and that the listing agent spoke highly of. She asked if I would facetime her and walk the area and the home. Again we have never met each other at this time and I do not know her enough to judge what she is or is not accustom to and what if any types of people she does not want to be around. I probably walked up and down the streets and through out the house on facetime for 30 mins. She was pushing to put home Under Contract. She then did. She walked and saw the property before closing and also did not have any issues. We had full blown inspections done and she had every chance to come view the home for herself and walk it as many times as she wanted for close to 40 days before we closed. I have sold many homes on the street and the clients that live there love it and are still there. I am sorry you ended up being unhappy with your purchase but this had nothing to do with my skill, knowledge or character which my reviews over past 10 years showcases. The home was not in the "ghetto"
