Hello - I didn't represent you, which is evidenced by above, because 1) my buyers wouldn't accept a property like that under my watch so take it up with your representation 2) I did not know the condition and didn't talk to the client about it until AFTER you had already done the final walk through AND cleaned. I appreciate you taking 8 hours and 2 minutes to clean and trash someone you've never met, never talked to, and have never worked with.
