I apologize for any inconvenience this home buying experience caused. I always strive to put buyers and sellers needs first, while also maintaining the best interest and safety of the client. This particular property was unsafe for showings and I was diligently working with the selling agent to show the property after the home was left unsafe and inhabitable by an evicted tenant. Sometimes agents don’t let potential buyers know all of the behind the scenes work being done to make showing a home a positive experience. I apologize for confusion on this particular property and was only trying to make a safe and clean appointment for your potential purchase.
