I will respectfully respond to this comment as it is the only negative review I have received in 7 years and there is clearly a big miscommunication on your end. You were being represented by another agent- not me. I was representing my seller in this transaction; therefore I was obliged to do what was best for my seller. After weeks of trying to get them to accept your offer which was more than 30 k below original asking- they still took it but unbeknownst to them and myself there was a UCC lien on the property from the solar panel company that which my party thought was paid in full. The lien itself was over 33 thousand dollars and my client could not continue because the property would have been a short sale, Your earnest money was refunded in full along with the money you paid for inspections. We did our best with what we had and my client could not afford to proceed, all of this was communicated to you and your agent. I also showed your agent this review and she denies even meeting you and was in agremeent with me. She said she only ever dealt with your father in this transaction. Irregardless of all of that I wish you the best and I am sure things happen for a good reason but please understand the transaction as a whole instead of speaking simply out of "feelings."
