Thank you for posting this review. I’m sorry you feel that way and it’s too bad that this review is the first time you’ve ever mentioned anything about this. I listed your vacant condo right before Christmas. You had moved to Florida and left it to me to sell the unit. I prepped it for sale, personally cleaned all your windows, and did all of the marketing I promised you I would do. I held your condo open each weekend despite the holidays, and gave you a Monday morning follow up call every week until I secured you a solid buyer. Your buyer closed without incident, after a very smooth quick transaction, and you sold your unit for the highest price ever in the complex! Could it have been the fact that weren’t physically there that might have caused the fog in communication? I really wish I knew because to me, everything seemed wonderful for everyone involved. You got a super nice first home buyer who couldn’t be happier and you sold your condo for top dollar. I appreciate the constructive criticism and I will certainly try to be better but I don’t know what else I could have done.
