Showed home in 2025 in Edmond, OK.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsJonathan is super pushy and very unprofessional. He was insistent on me signing a contract just to take a tour of a property. No other realtor I work with has requested that I sign anything for a showing. I would not recommend working with him.

This person is mad because he was asked to sign a buyer broker agreement that is now required by the Department of Justice. He claims no other realtor has ever asked him to sign one and they show him houses, if that is true then those agents are in violation of the DOJ and NAR rule. He also requested a showing through Zillow and was asked if he had an agent. He responded that he did not and then told me that he did. I hope no other agent wastes their time with this person. He does not care about wasting your time.
