I have asked for this review to be removed as it is fraudulent. I have no affiliation with this property and it was not listed by myself or anyone else in 2025 per your claim. It's clear you aren't a fan, which is your right, but no reason to make things up. The other reviews offer a very different portrayal of my professionalism and work ethic.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. As we were on opposite sides of the transaction and did not communicate directly, any claims regarding my responsiveness or integrity could only be based on secondhand interpretations. That said, I want to acknowledge the frustration caused by the delay with the staging company, which resulted in furniture in the home and debris in the garage at the time of your walkthrough. Thankfully, everything was removed that day however I understand how stressful that must have been, especially on the day of closing. I did ask your agent to extend my sincere apologies as it was not anyone’s intention to be delayed in removing these items and unfortunate timing for the mover’s truck to break down. The seller and I felt that the request for a significant credit in light of this inconvenience was not warranted, which was a business decision—not a reflection of disregard for your experience. That difference of opinion is not, in my view, a fair basis for a review containing claims that are not factual. Regardless, I truly hope you’re settling into your new home and wish you nothing but happiness there.
