1. I never represented this person. And my actual clients are my priority to make happy. I sold this home for over asking price with multiple offers. 2. Now that this is brought to my attention, I can give you some context. When your realtor sent your offer, she said “I told my people this is insulting and I wouldn’t even respond if I were yall.” I wouldn’t normally share these convos, but seeing as you felt the need to write a review for a realtor that you didn’t work with you should know the truth. 3. The closing costs were in the wrong section of the contract, and I will admit, the buyers did overlook it and I didn’t do a good job of making sure they saw that it was in the wrong section. As your party wrote the contract, I hope you can see where the confusion came in. I admit fault in not doing better to correct the issue and sorry that happened. However you should know, we corrected it before anyone accepted anything. 4. You are the first bad review I’ve ever received in 11 years in the business, and I’ve never worked for you. Had I known, I would have done what I could have to correct and wrongdoing you felt I was responsible for. I hope you found what you are looking for and are prospering none the less.
