Kayla - I'm so sorry to hear you were not happy with our services, but in my defense, our efforts in marketing and selling your home was not the issue, but your efforts in repairing the defects in your home were the problem. You are well aware that we had 26 showings on your home and 2 offers and a buyer who was ready, willing and able to purchase your home, but due to the repairs not being done properly, she couldn't obtain insurance. I wish you luck in selling your home in the future.
