I'm very sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations. I was surprised to read this review because throughout all of our interactions, you never mentioned any of these concerns to me or anyone else on my team. I know the inspection negotiations didn't quite go your way and I can imagine that's frustrating. Ultimately buyer and seller must agree to inspection outcomes, and the seller did not agree to your unreasonable requests. We do make it a standard to include a binder of information, including plat maps, flyers, and community information placed at each of our listings.
