Eagle river, AK.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsReceived a text message after 10pm the night before a morning tour that I had to schedule time off from work for to attend, saying the tour was canceled. Unprofessional and inconvenient is an understatement.

MDBOYCE1172 that is unfortunate! Maybe you forgot that after the connection I reached out immediately! (screen shots to show) After not hearing back I followed up again with a phone call the day prior to the tour and phone went right to VM. There was no response or confirmation of the tour request so I had to cancel it. I then saw your messages to Zillow the next day in which I then reached out via Email and through Zillow to confirm Zillow shared the correct number with me in which you then responded to my original introduction text that was sent immediately after our connection. (screen shots to show) As a real estate professional in New York State we are required by law to have a conversation and a buyers agency agreement signed prior to any showing. Unfortunately a 1 STAR in responsiveness wouldn't make much sense being as I can show the response time to the lead was less then 2 minuets.
