While I respect your perspective, I also believe it’s important to clarify that every decision and recommendation I made during your sale was with your best interest in mind, based on market data, timing, and your goals. I sold your home for the full list price, which was a stretch amount at the time and in a tough market, hired professionals to help you get your home ready to sell, hired professionals to take the best possible photos of your home, and received an offer within a couple days of listing. There were few repairs requested, some of which I paid for myself, and we closed within 30 days of listing. I welcome constructive feedback, but I also stand by the integrity, effort, and professionalism I brought to your transaction. I wish you the very best moving forward.
