I am sorry that you felt you did not receive excellent customer service as I always strive to provide the best customer service to my clients. I do wish that you had actually had a conversation with me about your not being happy and informed me that you no longer wanted my services. At no time during our conversations did you express your unhappiness. Since you did not give me a chance to correct or address your concerns - there was no way to make an adjustment to my customer service. I do sincerely apologize that you were unhappy and wish you the best of luck in your search for your new home.
