With 13 years experience in real estate I've had many 5 star reviews. This transaction was very difficult. As a certified home stager and an award winning designer, I am very experienced in what it takes to sell a home. The seller had a hard time implementing the steps needed to have her home ready for market. When the buyer of her home received the keys she arrived to a home with garbage and debris, which cost her an additional $1000. The purchase of her new home was another debacle. I pride myself on customer service and knowledge. My integrity and word mean more to me than money. I hope this clarifies a bit more about this transaction.
