We take our 5 star reviews VERY seriously and are disappointed we didn't meet this caller's expectations for the touring process. After reviewing the recording of our phone call, I was reminded that when we informed her of the new requirements of a signed buyer agency agreement prior to opening any door for any buyer, she informed us she has an agent she is working with, and would not sign the agreement. We respect all existing buyer and agent relationships for starters, as well as our Code Of Ethics regarding these existing relationships, along with the NAR requirements for the fully executed buyer agency agreement requirement While she did state she "wanted to respect her agent's time and would call her if she was interested", this was not a situation we could accommodate, and she made it clear she was unhappy with my response to the circumstances.
