Kay - thank you for such a wonderful review. But, I have to say, you were the ideal buyer so my job was made much easier! Not many out of state buyers come to town with a definitive list of realistic goals and having done advance homework upfront on what they want, where they'd like to be a set number of homes to view. You knew what you wanted and we went in search as a team collecting all the information you needed. As usual our market played games with us until the last home you looked at. And it was the one. I'm so glad it worked out and that you're on your way to North Carolina. I'm looking forward to our lunch when we can catch up!
