First, I don’t know who you are, and we have never actually worked together directly. As the listing agent, my fiduciary responsibility is to the seller. One of the key parts of that responsibility is helping them secure the best possible terms for their home—which often includes price. That means my obligation is to represent their best interests, not yours, unless you had engaged me as your agent. If you were represented by another agent, it would have been their duty to explain this to you and guide you through the process and writing a wining offer. If you were unrepresented, I typically take time to explain how representation works so buyers understand the dynamics at play. To question my integrity is especially concerning. I have never lied, and I take great pride in the fact that honesty and professionalism are at the very heart of my business. While I don’t owe explanations to non-clients, I always prefer open communication and would have welcomed a direct conversation. It’s disappointing that instead of reaching out, you chose to post publicly in a way that misrepresents my role and intentions. My record and reputation are built on integrity and results for my clients, and that will always remain my standard.
