Dear Ms Zhang, MY CUSTOMER is a Chinese National who is currently residing in China and had no way for me to send her the rental payment to her Chinese bank. I held the funds in escrow for almost 4 years waiting on her to establish a bank account in the US. Once you provided me with a POA and requested I send you the payment on her behalf, I DID! The payment was obviously lost in the mail or by the persons who retrieved the envelope. I reissued the payment 2 times for you and charged for the two stop payment fees. Your post is entirely unwarranted. I would normally not take the time to respond. However, I trust anyone reading this will realize the efforts I went through for 4 years to accommodate my customer. You and I have never met.
