Thank you for your feedback. My goal is always to remain professional and uphold the best interests of my clients while ensuring compliance with the law. To clarify, the tenant brought this INTERIOR concern to our attention during the move-in inspection. As part of my role, I documented the condition of the property fairly and in accordance with standard procedures. There were no recommendations made to the tenant. I understand that you may have been unhappy with my refusal to any actions that would have violated the Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (VRLTA) and fair housing laws. However, I am committed to upholding legal and ethical standards in every transaction. I wish you the best in your endeavors.
