Hi Meagan, thank you for the feedback but I would like to make a couple of points clear. First and foremost, my client was the seller, not you. You chose to purchase a home that you never viewed in person, with an agent who had not completed a single transaction. I had the property professionally cleaned, by a reputable local company not once but twice. Did we pull out all the appliances and clean underneath them? No, as that is not typical of any cleaners. There are no hidden problems with the property that I am aware of and my clients are the kindest people you could ever meet. They would never intentionally deceive anyone. As for my treatment of Veterans, my husband is a veteran and we go out of our way to support VA sales and purchases. I am truly sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase, but that is not a reflection on my work as an agent.
