    We are sorry to hear that you feel the information you received was inaccurate. Our policy has always been to obtain a listing’s square footage information from the tax records of the presiding county or in the case of new construction, from the architect. The source used is also annotated in the listing documents. As such, our firm NEVER makes any internal representations of square footage; this information is always obtained directly from one of the external sources mentioned. It is common practice for a buyer and their representing broker to do their own due diligence, to avoid any buyer regret.
