Saad was one of the worst people I had to deal with in my real estate career, dishonest as he was working with multiple agents at the same time, manipulative (holding 2 properties in contract/review at the same time with no disclosure), always thinking someone is out to get him, changed lenders through the process without notifying anyone and the list goes on and on. Nothing would make him happy ... so not surprised at this review... cant make everyone happy. Only thing I am thrilled about is that I dont have to deal with him again! We all get one of those - after over 20 years in this industry - his attempts to hurt me will not succeed, I have a proven track record - and now after thousands of transactions I have a bad review. I wish Saad only well !
