    Angela, This is a very one-sided and factually inaccurate review. Not to mention I was not your agent. Leah did a phenomenal task at assisting you with your transactions despite your constant passive-aggressive and condescending comments about her "being a new Mom" being a hindrance to her performance. Leah is more than capable as are all working Moms at juggling "Mom and work-life" and to suggest otherwise is incredibly offensive to many of us who have successfully balanced this and continue to do so. Please do not overlook all the savings Leah secured for you in the 8 months relationship: Consider the savings she has garnered for you over our 8-month partnership, which exceeds the cost of her commission: On the Cappio transaction: - Reduced my initial commission by 1%, saving you $12,750. - Successfully negotiated an increase of $43,000 on the buyer's initial March offer of $1.232 million. - Saved $500 on a survey fee when needed for the pool permit and an additional $600 by mitigating the need for a variance report. - The buyer's agent contributed $1,000 towards concessions. - Saved $1,728 on the title policy. On the Tullamore transaction: - Secured a contract at $975,000, which is a $24,000 savings from the listed price. - Negotiated an additional $10,000 towards your closing costs. - Out of courtesy, I personally covered $200 to fill the propane tank. - You paid a discounted commission rate, resulting in a $9,750 loss to her. These savings do not account for the countless hours of support, guidance, and the nearly $4,000 in marketing expenses for the Cappio property alone. Also consider the engagement with the Egret transaction, where she negotiated savings close to $50,000 before the decision was made to withdraw. The Morsheds' initial January contract and negotiation process was another substantial endeavor that ultimately did not come to fruition. It appears you are happy to place blame publicly for something that is not accurate yet not share all the amazing things she did for you.
