Hello Julissa, how are you? I have not heard from you in about 5 years, which is when we last spoke and I helped you purchase your home. I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with my service because I feel like my team and I really strived to give you the best experience possible. Not only did you get a good deal on the home, but we also got you down payment assistance of $18,400, and not many people are fortunate enough of receiving that kind of money towards their down payment. I can also guarantee you that a walk-through was conducted a few days prior to closing, I have the final walk-through form signed by you acknowledging that you did your final inspection, dated back to August of 2018. I cannot close a file without having a walk-through done and I always make sure my clients have the chance to go view the home once more before closing to ensure the property is in the same condition it was in when it was first viewed. If for some reason you would like to sell your home, I always have cash buyers looking for a home exactly like yours ready to buy and close in two weeks. If you are interested, please let me know I would be more than happy to get you a cash offer.

Hello, I am sorry about your experience. I do not force my clients to submit offers if they do not feel comfortable. I cannot control how much a client is qualified for. Even though you might have similar credit as another person it does not mean you will qualify for the same amount, there are a lot of factors that go into the qualification process and no two people are alike.
