Please know that I have communicated with the builder every time you contacted me directly regarding the problems you've encountered. Unfortunately, while I can advocate on your behalf and relay your concerns to the builder, I do not have the authority to make them respond or carry out the necessary repairs. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I hope these issues will be addressed soon.
