Only get 1000 characters for this! Contracts never run out. We too are a military family, 90% of our clients are out of state. Sometimes just happens they don't pay rent after vetting. Filed eviction 2x owners stopped them. We spent hours chasing rent & contacting tenant/owners. There are not what's/how's, you evict them. Calls/text 4-16 days a mo. Yes we took our fee, we don't work for free. No busted sprinkler, paid plumber 2x, the owners never billed, because no leak. Sprinklers ran nonstop. They would not let us do our job to evict tenants, caused a lot of stress/extra work. Water turned off we told them it was illegal we could no longer mge property. We were not fired we could not be party to illegal action. Yes we sent deposit in a week, we had 30 days. For anyone reading this that has ever been in customer service you understand.
