Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. My role as an agent is to present offers to the seller and communicate their decisions. In this case, the seller declined the $14,000 offer on a 20-acre property listed at $99,000 and chose not to counter, as comparable sales in the Mountain Ranch area support the asking price. I always strive to communicate with professionalism and respect, and I regret if my words came across differently. I truly wish you the best in finding the right property that meets your needs.
