While I always welcome reflections from my clients, I must admit this review took me by surprise, especially given the level of service, results, and overall experience delivered throughout your home purchase. This review contains several inaccurate claims that I feel compelled to address—both for the sake of transparency and for future clients who rely on these reviews to make informed decisions. Representing you as first-time FHA buyers in one of the most competitive markets was no small task. With just 3.5% down, we were able to secure a winning offer without overpaying, and in fact, the home appraised above contract price—a rare and significant win for any buyer, especially one who waived the appraisal. That was not a mistake; it was a calculated and successful strategy that positioned you to compete where many buyers with stronger financials could not. Regarding the buyer agreement: this is standard practice in real estate and ensures transparency and loyalty from all parties. You were never forced to sign, and every clause—including post-agreement limitations—was explained clearly before you proceeded. As for the idea that I “pushed” homes on you, that simply isn’t accurate. I showed you options within your budget, your loan limits, and market availability—all while navigating constant multiple-offer scenarios. I also advised you, truthfully, on what it takes to win offers in today’s climate, including when it came to inspection and appraisal contingencies. Waiving them is never taken lightly and was discussed with you thoroughly, just as it is with any buyer looking to compete. It’s especially disappointing to read this review months after closing—and after you attended my holiday party post-purchase as a gesture of appreciation for the relationship we built. To those reading this: I am passionate about guiding first-time buyers to successful outcomes, and I take pride in negotiating the best terms possible—even under financing constraints. I don’t just “show homes”—I strategize, advocate, and deliver. Wishing you the best in your homeownership journey, despite the disappointment in how this has played out.
