Hi Matilda, This is a very dishonest review. You had signed a lease a year ago and never said you wanted to see other apts and told me you really liked the apt. You were looking for an apt that would allow you to sublet it to two travel nurses max at a time. My client was open to giving you an opportunity. But over the year you never lived in the apt and just Airbnb’s it to people who were partying and causing great disturbance to the other tenants. I even walked in to a group of underage kids drinking for their HS graduation party. The apt was given to you in great condition but when you vacated the apartment you left old furniture, damage to the walls, shattered glass, and garbage throughout the apartment. I am sorry it did not work with you and the property owner. This review is obviously in spite of what happened between you two and not reflective of my real estate services. Thank you
