Mr. Hunny, to clarify, I have never represented you in any transaction. Our only interaction was a single phone call on March 2, 2025, lasting 4 minutes and 32 seconds. You are upset because the seller I represent is not releasing your $1,000 earnest money deposit after you breached the contract. However, neither I nor my brokerage hold your deposit. Your agent of record is Isabelle, with whom you had an exclusive buyer representation agreement. Since I was not your agent, I was not responsible for providing updates, assisting in your home search, or managing your transaction. Any claims to the contrary are inaccurate.
