This woman did not want to give any information. We have a dangerous business and agents getting assaulted is on the rise. We cannot go and meet someone who we have no information on. I asked simple questions like name and phone number etc. She went directly to the owner and tried to rent it without me. I gave the owner her name and the owner did not rent to her.
