We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in NY 14217Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI dealt with Mr. Correa this summer (2020) and he was very aggressive and rude. At one point, he actually said to me, "Your ears aren't working because your lips are flapping" when I wanted to ask him a question after he talked and talked and talked...Response from George Correa - NY Licensed Assoc. In response: I became involved with this person because she cried out for help via a neighborhood web site we are both members of. She desperately wanted help as she felt she was days away from being evicted by the company holding the mortgage on the property she occupies. Being one of the areas most active REO agents I knew I could assist her since I know exactly what she would encounter. I met with her twice. The first time to discuss potential options she had and the normal course of events that would take place. I felt really bad for her and even met her a second time to further discuss how to go about figuring out what she might consider keeping, what to leave behind and how to plan for furniture placement in her new apartment. I even tried to reach out to the property manager of the apartment she was hoping to move to in an effort to explain this persons situation. On both occasions I had to completely repeat myself several times because she would not stop talking. I will admit that I did become frustrated and I did tell her that the reason she was unable to grasp what I was saying was that her lips kept moving - meaning that she was talking too much. You would have been frustrated too. In regards to "policing her posts" - that is nonsense....but I did let her know on at least one of her posts that she was putting out personal information that was potentially damaging to her. ~!~!~ At any rate this is my response. I have been a Realtor since 1995 and have been personally involved with over 3,000 real estate transactions. If you choose to seek my assistance you can always expect me to be very direct, very open and absolutely honest about the information I give you. I have a strong personality - you will always know where you stand with me. Its one of my many positive traits. I will look forward to hearing from you.
