I showed this gentleman the apartment on April 25, 2015 for the first time I told him that he would first have to show proof of income (tax returns and or paystub's) and a credit report which I gave him a waiver to sign that day. It states there is a fee for a apartment rental on your site (zillow). Since he posted this review he has contacted me again (May 8, 2015) requesting to rent the apartment, if the landlord would pay half my fee.(trying to negotiate my fee) In conclusion for a person that feels I am untrustworthy or misled him he still feels comfortable enough to rent the apartment through my company.
