Dear Noah, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I want to address the concerns you raised in your review regarding your experience with our rental application process. I want to clarify that I did not pressure you to apply within 24 hours or use fearmongering tactics. My intention was simply to present you with an opportunity to apply for a rental unit that was in high demand. I made you aware of the multiple applicants interested in the property and provided you with the application link as requested, submitting your information to the landlord. Unfortunately, the landlord ultimately chose another applicant, a decision that was beyond my control. In a market with low inventory and high demand, it is not unusual for properties to receive multiple applications. I understand your disappointment and frustration in not securing the unit. Regarding the application fee, it is important to note that you did not pay the fee to me or my company but directly to a third-party company unaffiliated with us. Upon learning of the situation, my company promptly refunded you the money. Transparency and fairness are values I strive to uphold in all applicant interactions. I regret that your experience was negative, and I apologize for any misunderstandings that may have occurred. If you were purchasing a home in today's competitive real estate market, where individuals often bid thousands of dollars over asking price and compete against numerous others to buy a house, it is common for multiple bids to be lost. Would you consider leaving negative reviews for those realtors as well? I always aim to act with honesty and professionalism in all my interactions and operate in good faith.
