I called you and texed you the very day I missed the appointment. I told you how sorry I was to have missed it and asked you if you had walked the property. You said you had and said you did not understand the layout. I offered to send you the property plat, which I did right away. I do understand that you feel like wasted your time going out the property, and it is true I did not show up. However, it is not true that I did not return your call. I communicated with you that very day and even sent you information.
