Dear Ms. Manjanova, I remember receiving your inquiry regarding 52 Freeman St. in Framingham. I do remember asking you if you had a realtor and you answered that you did. I, then, explained to you that according to our code of ethics we are prohibited from engaging in any practice or taking any action that is inconsistent with another Realtor's relationship with a client. You insisted that your realtor was not returning your calls and you wanted more information on the rental fees. I suggested that you waited for your realtor’s return call. My apologies if it sounded rude, however in our industry we need abide to code of ethics. Best of luck on your search.
