Sandra, I am very sorry that you feel that way. I am not going to go into details about my numerous calls and emails but the only fact that I am going to mention is that our records indicate the opposite. I have been in business for over 10 years and my priorities have always been ethic, service and loyalty to my clients. I understand your frustration due to the circumstances, but realistically, I did not have control over your foreclosure (public records), and the incomplete construction of your home made it a very challenging situation. Unfortunately, the limited time I had to sell your home, the short sale and foreclosure process situation is never an easy or attractive situation to any party involved in the sale process.
