    Hi Nate, Thank you for your feedback. I want to take a moment to clarify the situation and to inform you that, you were my first choice as a tenant. While I understand your frustration in losing out on that great rental, the request for full bank statements—including every page—is standard practice and not something I take lightly. This requirement, set by the property owner, is in place to verify authenticity and ensure financial stability. It applies to all prospective tenants, as it’s my duty to present a complete and transparent application package to the owner. During our conversations, I was clear that I was willing to work with the information you could provide. However, incomplete documents (like screenshots) do not meet the necessary criteria. In fact, when only half of the required rent is shown in a bank account, this is a red flag for any property. When you chose not to provide the full bank statements, it raised concerns, which I communicated at the time. The process of renting a property requires transparency and trust from both sides, and I must maintain certain standards to ensure the owner can make an informed decision. I regret that this experience left you feeling disrespected. However, it’s equally important to note that my role as a fiduciary and licensed professional is to follow established protocols, not to invade your privacy but to fulfill my obligations. Publicizing inaccurate scenarios, especially when the facts were clearly communicated during the process, does not reflect the full story. My goal is never to be rude or unhelpful, and I’m disappointed that you felt otherwise. I'm in the business of relationships, which is why I'm responding to your review. In the end, another applicant submitted all required documentation the following day, allowing us to move forward. I wish you and your family the best in your search for a property, and should you decide to work with me again, I’d be happy to assist.
