We have documentation, including photos and invoices, showing that the garden and lawn were maintained at the point of sale. If there were any issues during the final walkthrough, we regret any inconvenience caused and wish we had been informed sooner so we could address them immediately. Regarding the missing appliance, we understand how important this is for new homeowners. We replaced the microwave promptly upon learning it was missing. While we provided a functional/brand new appliance, we apologize if it did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always to resolve such issues to our clients' satisfaction, and we would have been happy to discuss alternative solutions had we known about your concerns. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to providing excellent service.
