I spent multiple hours researching, talking to the listing agent, and taking the time to understand what your concerns were. It is also unfortunate that you declined repeated offers to have our contractors provide services to you at our expense to ensure that any issues you had were addressed. Our agent jumped through multiple hoops to help you close on a home that you had never seen at your direction. Your last correspondence with us was on 10/29/2024 in which you stated, "I will respond more fully later, but a few points:" . We have yet to receive your additional response. With over 225 5 star reviews and not a single negative review, I hope that you can see that we made every effort to make you happy. I'm terribly sorry that didn't happen and we wish you all the best moving forward.
