I'm very sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience Jocelyn. It is never my intention to upset any of my clients, but when it becomes an expectation for me to cover repair expenses, court related expenses etc. related for your home I had to draw the line regardless of the fact that I would get reimbursed. It should never be a property managers' responsibility to cover hundreds of dollars worth of expenses for homeowner's. I went above and beyond with the rental you're referring to without pay for months and I didn't complain about that once. I'm a dedicated agent that truly cares about her client's and ensuring you guys received resolution to the tenants that were evicted was my priority, so as hurtful as it is to read your review I completely understand your parting ways with my services, but I am never unprofessional in business practices. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
