You and your family are dear to us and we were honored to support you during this most recent time period. As you know when three other identical homes were on the MLS in our subdivision we had to use our experience and pricing strategy tactics to achieve your sale in a timely manner. We researched the other agent's business styles, used our knowledge of them and studied their listing price strategies.
