Client contacted me for properties available with her criteria. Emailed properties and she chose one on-line without seeing it. Her daughter came to Pahrump one time to view the property. I ordered all inspections and took care of the transaction for her and she never came to check it out until escrow closed. Even after closing she has requested information from me which I have provided. I was really suprised with her negative review, To be able to purchase a beautiful home and have everything done for you including her daughter driving 100 miles to view it for her is pretty nice. I am sorry that she is unhappy-she never gave any indication of that or I would have addressed it at the time. Recently she called me again for information which I gladly gave her but she never mentioned being unhappy with my service
