Realizing this was your first project, my duty to you was to be there every step of the way so I could offer advice throughout the renovation project, motivate and at times comfort you and try to relieve some of the stress that comes out of projects like this, where you had plenty! The best part of this transaction was hitting the goal and more importantly building strong and lasting business relationship built on trust and sharing knowledge!
