I manage the Community Relations effort at Zillow and had the pleasure of interviewing at Zillow on launch day, 2/8/2006 (deciding to join the company was a "no-brainer" once I'd seen the site). Having worked in software and web startups for a decade now, I could tell that Zillow would be a fun place to be but I must say that the real estate industry is also unexpectedly fascinating; I love my job.
Born in Cape Town, South Africa, I've worked on 5 continents. Seattle has been home since late 2001 but we make a trip back to see Table Mountain whenever possible (not often enough). This picture was taken from my Aunt's back yard, Christmas, 2006 and yes, I do plan to be in S.A. for the 2010 Soccer World Cup.
