Showed home in 2010 in CA 94568.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsCalled him about a short sale and made a cash offer above asking price but it seems the the owner bought it himself. Must be fraud involved. Mr Lu was very good and we would most likely use him if we decide to buy or sell in the future.
