Please allow us to further clarify for the public. This property is a property that John Romanelli personally owns and has nothing to do with Romanelli & Associates, Inc. Furthermore, Ms. Perkins was just recently evicted from the property described above for not paying rent and violating the terms of her lease. She lost in court and was required to pay a substantial monetary judgement, as well as pay for John's attorney fees, court costs, and late penalty fees. Take whatever she says with a grain of salt! I feel sorry for her new landlord, too bad she did not use me for a landlord reference.
