Last year I closed over 12 properties, mostly via referrals, which speaks volumes about the satisfaction level of my clients. (Note: the Zillow stats for my profile are outdated/inaccurate). Please be assured that I would never judge you or anyone based on their personal appearance, race, religion, etc. It is unlawful and against my personal value system. The property in question was a co op, which required a lender pre-approval letter to view the apartment. At the time you did not have or produce a pre-approval, so I was unable to show you the apartment. Other requirements of the co op board included meeting a minimum household income, debt to income ratio, and credit score. You shared your financial background with me and based on what you provided "in your head", your total household income did not meet the co op board minimum requirement. I sincerely hope you were able to find the home of your dreams!!
