I agree about the inspector. I was disappointed with his service on this one. The house was negotiated for what the buyer requested and seller actually did work requested on a 100+ old house he was selling"as is". That was unexpected. Everything finally worked out well. In our local market, there are almost zero sold comps for townhomes. This was tough to get banks and appraisers to finance. after trying with 3 buyers. Finally, decided it might be best to lease this one. I'd like to list it again if the market changes here.
