I must correct the facts. There were 14 showings not 1. I did not have the buyer. Another agent did. This property was marketed extensively. The short sale was initiated and canceled out due to not getting documents in a timely manner from the seller. Had another agent handle & she gave up. This seller has had 4 brokers, 5 agents, & tried to sell on own. I am SFR certified, have completed over 45 short sales, & trained agents on how to do short sales
